Step 1: Surface Assessment

We inspect every surface to be painted. We identify cracks, damp areas, loose plaster, flaking paint, rust, or any other substrate defects. This assessment determines the preparation work required and the appropriate paint systems to specify.

Step 2: Surface Preparation

This is where the real work happens. Our team fills cracks and holes. Sands uneven areas. Scrapes away loose or flaking paint. Treats rust on metal surfaces.

Applies sealers and primers to porous or problematic substrates. Washes down surfaces where necessary. The goal is a perfectly stable, clean, and receptive surface for the new paint.

Step 3: Protection & Masking

We protect everything that should not be painted. Floors are covered with heavy-duty drop sheets. Windows, door hardware, light fixtures, and switches are masked with precision. Furniture is either removed or carefully covered. We establish clean work zones and maintain tidiness throughout the project.

Step 4: Priming & Undercoating

Step 5: Topcoat Application

The finish coats are applied using the technique best suited to the paint and the surface — roller, brush, or spray. Multiple thin coats produce a more durable and even finish than a single thick coat. We allow proper drying time between coats, following manufacturer specifications.

Step 6: Detail Work & Cutting In

Step 7: Final Inspection & Touch-Up
